Description
First I wanted to say "Happy Birthday" to all September born. Shame on me. I always forget.
I have not been posting lately because we are still cleaning out my mother's basement. Detroit and suburbs were hit hard with what they call the "flood of the century". My father was an engineer with a large electronics workshop in the basement, and I cringed when I had throw everything away. I could hear him saying, "Hey, that's good stuff". He never threw anything away, LOL!
Except for a two day camping trip that we had already paid for, we were stuck down in Royal Oak tossing waterlogged stuff out. A real mess.
We got the worst thrown out, the furnace and air-conditioning checked and a plumber to clean out the drains. Glad it's almost over with.
So here is my humble render now that I finally have some time. Hope you like it, and thanks again for stopping bu and leaving a comment!!!!

Nice work me lady, and we were lucky here in good old Melvindale Mi, we got nothing here as far as water in our houses in this neighborhood, but there was a lot of water in the street and my pool overfilled but that's about it. Of course next time may be a different story. Take care. Stan

A wonderful render, Sherrie, and a great dedication for all the September birthdays! Beautiful work! OUCH! Oh, I can just imagine the pain of having to throw out all the stuff he had down there. It's a gut-wrenching job clearing out a home after a parent has passed away, but I can imagine it's even more so when everything is soaked in flood water.
