Description
I wanted try my Octane skin materials on a darker skinned character, so applied the maps and adjusted the skin to give more shine and less SSS due to the less translucent skin. The character here is Naeima by Reciecup (http://www.sharecg.com/v/31000/gallery/11/Poser/Naeima-V4), with a custom Carrara hair style overlaid on the Octane render. I think it came out pretty well - but let me know what you think!

really excellent render in Octane, particularly the eyes and teeth and shadows to mouth and nostrils which are easy to mess up in poser — think the skin is down to the limitation of 4K files per se and not much you can do to improve on that — but, was really impressed by some Radiz renders where he used 8K files on a figure imported through zbrush, there is a very marked improvement in the skin department that really shows through
