Right? A scorpion, albeit a little one, I ought to have more this weekend- could quite possibly be heading down to south west Texas .) who knows, anyway, tell me what ya think.

oh yea, definately not a spider! Superb shot! They hang out at our place all the time in TX- found one in my shorts one morning after it had stung me twice- you never saw anyone shed their shorts as quickly as I!
