Description

Shot a few nights ago with a Canon DSLR & 2700mm Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope. Only managed 9 frames before the clouds rolled in; a pity after a good 45 minutes to set up. Each frame is 45 seconds exposure at ISO 12800, De-noised, white balanced, black point selected in levels then stacked into a GIF in Photoshop. Unfortunately GIFs take up a lot of Mb hence small size to get under Rendo file size limit. The comet is travelling at c.78,700 mph, so travels around 8,800 miles in the 6 or so minutes represented by this clip. Thanks for looking & have a great weekend :) ~Steve~
