I have eye surgery in 6 hours of so, to reattach my retina. Warm thoughts & prayers would be welcome. I'd truly prefer not to be blind!
Additionally, the instructions call for a responsible adult to stay with me for an unspecified time after they fire the lasers into my head..... None of my Real Life Friends/family apply. I suppose a responsible person would have held the auditions earlier on, huh?

Well, may the Responsible Adult at least pretend to play one for you! You might look into Dragon or other reading software for text just so you can read online stuff without reading, so to speak. I wonder what the grant proposal was up there? Maybe modified corn? In any case, many hugs and may the surgeons be precise and speedy!
