Both sharp, appealing shots. The Westerner looks pretty much like a typical bird, while the Easterner is very unique - a long thin body with beautiful tail feathers...

Excellent similarity of POVs in this collage. You are so fortunate to have access to so many varieties of avian life, Maria. I'm limited to crows, sparrows and pigeons, and, if it ever rains, which is a rarity, seagulls.
