Evening all ,
not been too clever again ,but my Granddaughter Ashleigh talked me into taking her and her friend to Whitby for a run out. I am surprised they wanted to go anywhere as it was a long night Saturday as we celebrated my other Granddaughter Stacey`s 18th before she went off to University .
The resulting photo was taken yesterday off the pier at Whitby .A little bit of work was done on this to try and bring the bleakness of the day out .
Thanks for the look and take care .Mick

Well that little bit of work paid off I think mate, looks as if I were standing there, as Andrea points out it typifies our summers/autumns. Fave.

Terrific. I would have loved to have seen it a little bigger.

My word. Ashleigh must be ... what ... 12 or 13 by now? It hardly seems possible. At that age, a late night doesn't mean the next one has to be quiet! LOL! Does she let you take her picture now that's she's a teenager? Even if she won't let you put up a pic of her, please give her my best regards, a "hello" and a hug from "Auntie." :)

I forgot to say how much I like your picture! Having lived most of my life near water (once in a house right on the beach), I appreciate the sea in all its moods. This is beautiful!

Tara said what I was going to--how old IS Ashleigh? Growing up way too fast, I'm sure. Love this shot; I like deserted beaches; they're my favorite kind!!
