Description

I rescued this little guy from the jaws of a neighbor's cat last evening. he hopped into the flowerbed and sat there quite a while. it got dark and I lost track of him... I'm assuming he flew away. the pretty bright orange coloring on his wings are the natural color of the tips of the feathers. thank you very much for visiting and for leaving any comments!

Beautiful shot! Birds get distressed and disoriented easily. Sometimes they just have to sit for a while and figure it out. I get pigeons down the chimney and they're just the same. Eventually they fly away.
