Description
With Ute home now,she is doing excercises to get back into shape asap.i got some not so good news by my medic,i have only 19% of breathing volume (in a normal breathing cycle in-and out),time to get over with smoking if i want to stay around with some lifequality.i am going to quit smoking today,no pills,no therapy no crap all,just fighting with my inner demons,now i am ready to fight the inner sob.
