My name is Pete, I started using Bryce back in 2001. I dabbled for a few years then I had a PC crash in 2009 and I lost everything.
Last year I downloaded it again and attacked it with a new vengence. I do not do many scenes, my renders focos on the object created. My work is Dark and Dystopian and mostly involves metals of one sort or another.
Ive been a member here since 2007, lurking, looking and learning. The images I post are things Ive learned from all of you.
My art helps me escape the Madness of Reality
Enjoy.

Wonderful bike but I really like your choice of wheels and tires. They make the machine, imho (LOL).

Thanks, that's a new motor the heads and cylinders were sort of designed after a Rotary Aircraft Engine also a square tube frame. Did this in a hurry, my new 'Used' PC cant handle the work I'm putting out. This is the second PC I've burnt up in 3 months. It keeps shutting down in the middle of high reflection renders. Kernel 41 error, possessors heating up. One day I hope to afford one that can keep up with what do.

Another Mean Green Machine !! have you tried putting your computer in a small Refrigerator or getting a Water/Liquid CPU Cooler? Better yet design your own system, or convert your models to DAZ or Poser and sell them!

I just downloaded a heat monitoring program I'm going to run next time I do some modeling to determine just what the problem is. It only happens during the Render. I'm going to attempt to save the model to a flash drive then do batch renders at my brothers house on his PC. I cant afford anything else right now so I'm going to attempt to resolve this myself.

Nice ride.

No luck with that ... overheat your graphics card does a simple breakdown or double? These are actually heat extractors ... The machine is still a new delirium, with two compressors I understand ... !!!

very elegant, very eye catching, I'm sure the GG would want this sorry to hear about your machine problems, nothing more frustrating than a machine behaving oddly, might be worth asking the Bryce community to render a file for you to see if it generates any problems on their set ups and if so see if there is a common denominator — easy to say I know

I rendered a few on my Laptop, it struggled but finished the task. So I don't think its the file itself. This one is a refurbished one that I bought just a month ago, due to lack of funds. Ill just have to ride out until income Tax refunds this year.

What's really great about your designs is that not only do they look cool and have great attention to detail, but they look like they'd be enormous fun to to play with!
