Coyle family built the house back in 1918 for $350
Texas Tollway authority paid $800,000 to have it moved about a quarter of a mile so a toll road could be built through Rowlett,TX. The 10-mile project carries a nearly $1 billion price tag which included two parallel bridges crossing Lake Ray Hubbard
