Coyle family built the house back in 1918 for $350 Texas Tollway authority paid $800,000 to have it moved about a quarter of a mile so a toll road could be built through Rowlett,TX. The 10-mile project carries a nearly $1 billion price tag which included two parallel bridges crossing Lake Ray Hubbard so a toll road could be built through Rowlett,Tx

I wonder what the interior looks like Great shot of the outside according to the math, they spent 2285.714286 times the original value. or look at it another way, 80,000 per mile or 15.15 dollars per foot to move that
