Description

Another moment of sheer luck catching these two at such close range. Captured at 1/800 sec but my autofocus seemed to like the aircraft on the right. The Mach Loop in Wales seems to be a good spot to practice shooting fast jets. Anyone else find these a challenge? Thanks for any looks or comments. Dawlish 2014

Nice shot and I agree It's difficult to keep them in focus ,I've set my cannon to back button focus with auto tracking, the AF button does the focusing not the trigger and if you hold It down It tracks till you hit the trigger.

Thanks for that Katraz I always set my camera to continuous autofocus but I am not sure if I can lock to a particular object. Time to read the manual and browse the Forums. I am wondering if I should just try a faster speed and perhaps steady my camera with a monopod which may allow a limited amount of movement.
