I just noticed why the previous picture and this one was not so sharp. the ISO was too high for a Rebel camera

Still a spectacular shot, Richard! I used a Digital Rebel for years - still like it and use it, but I'm amazed at how much sharper the images are from the 6D.

Very nice - the colors are so strong and beautiful. I just got back from Las Vegas yesterday and managed to visit Red Rock. It's such an amazing place - just a few steps down any trail and you'd swear there's no civilization for hundreds of miles.
