had the day off because of numbness all in my back part of legs and back pains , mostly happens when i'm driving the long distances too FT Collins and Denver. not sure what it could be, still gives me pains at the house, also numbness in hands after sleeps and naps.. hmm
i appreciate the visits and comments my friend s and guests, thanks all for your support.. lol Steve

creepy lady and almost in time for such. I would guess it maybe from your bed causing the problem. I have had similar problems previously and after rotating and or flipping the mattress the problems would go away

Awesome rendering! I love the outfit and the boots. Maybe you should see a doctor about the numbness. I have numbness and pain from sitting at a sewing machine, I have lupus, it won't kill me but I get nerve lesions and scars. I have put up with numbness in my hands for years, just thought it was because of my disorder but then I found out it's carpal tunnel. So you probably should get checked, lots of things can cause things like that.

I agree, it may be time for a new mattress, and a possibly a lumbar-support (for in the car). Great composition in this image.

Splendid work as always....could be a pinched nerve, I get numb legs, feet and hands from pinched nerve in my back caused by a bad Hip joint, a good cracking by a Chiropractor always sets it straight for a while but until I get a hip replacement it will always come back. Peace

OK here is the thing Every one Knows whats best to tell you what to do for your pain.find out why you hurt! some are easy and some are difficult like Diabetes,arthritis,nerves Diet, Exercise, new Bed, New furniture,new-age stuff,holistic medicine or you just do every thing and you wont have time to worry. Nice Image I like Roxy

I know how that feels... I too would find myself with terrible back pain... so bad that I had to get some therapy for it at VA hospital... what I have is one of those back message chair, that one can put on one car driver seat. Then when my hurts, I just plug it in and it relaxes the pain away!!.. Cool Image btw!!!...
