Description

This was my original entry for the Ball Gown round, but I changed it to this as I wasn't sure if it showed enough of the dress. Plus, I had issues trying to get the jade to look right, though I liked the statue (which was far less prominent in the final image). What do you think? Full view please! I prefer this view. It is more elegant and less busy with the railing detail of the other. The statue in this one is also cleaner and nicer as a secondary focal point. Showing the feet in the second render also makes the dress look less formal. The only thing I would change in this image is her hand holding the flower. It looks like she wants to strangle the poor thing. Holding the flower with her thumb and two fingers gently would have been a better choice.
