Description

Another of the many abandoned houses in rural Nova Scotia. This house is on a road between Pugwash & Oxford, Nova Scotia. The decay in rural Nova Scotia is tragic and disheartening... Shot in RAW with postwork in Lightroom 5.6, Photoshop 2014 & Topaz Adjust 5

A real shame that this once perfectly good farm house is left to ruin, the basic structure seems pretty solid, so just some TLC would bring this place back in no time at all ! Haunting capture and super postwork effects. ~Cheers~

so many in rural Texas also, as for that matter inside the cities. so many farms/ranches sold to corporate entities and the homes are left behind to rot superb capture

It is happening here in Florida, as well. A factor for younger folk leaving here is the lousy internet access outside of the cities.

Beautiful image! If only those old walls could talk and tell the history of those who lived there!

Even though it's shame it's abandoned, it gave you the opportunity for a great photo. It's almost like a painting, well shot!
