Wish I could help, but I'm poor and use DAZ. But lumps, bumps and other imperfections, I do love your characters.

Does the same flaw occur with the same pose but with different V4 characters?

I use DAZ but it basically has the same rigging as Poser. I would say you either have muscles (morphs) set to high for the pectoral, or the shoulder is moved to an extreme forward position causing the outer mess to bunch. Try a slightly less extreme position and even turn the figure slightly back towards the viewer. Oh, I really like this imagery. Goooood job.

Poser's morph tool has a smoothing feature, as well as pull, and push. (it is the icon shaped like an iron in the morph-tool window.) It should be able to fix this easily, although you will probably have to adjust it's radius and pressure settings.

It looks like you have applied a morph to just the chest which is meant to be applied to the body. DAZ V4 morphs are all meant to be applied using dials on the body. On rare occasions I have had body distortions when I made a mistake using conforming clothing when I accidentally conform V4 to the clothing. No fix. Quit Poser and start over.
