Description

I got a huge number of acceptable Common Darter photos this season, as they are such compliant models. I love this 'expression', although of course it is not smiling. But never mind, eh! What's a bit of anthropomorphizing between friends ? !

Oh no. I am going with the cheesy grin take. More and more I have come to believe that most life out there is way more aware than humans give credit for. Great capture of this little guy.
