Poser Pro 2014 render, IBL/HDRI setup. Some levels correction and filtering with Photoshop. Trees by me with Onyxtree.
(Of course it's not strictly realistic with the water puddles AND the cloudless sky, but the director has sprayed the area with a water hose :) )

The truck may be a bit too reflective but overall a great scene. The weeds through the pavement cracks are a nice touch.
