Hi Gill This is a nice work and happy to hear you are using some of your own models. I see a couple of things I think you can tweak to make better and hope you don't mind me suggesting such..too nice a composition not to give it a bit more attention. BTW love how you have drawn up a paper sketch with the pencils for the ship to rest on, great idea. Ok, two things, you've lost the textures on the sails..too much light. You could work the lighting, or just go in if possible with the sails and darken the material a bit for the lighting you have. Lastly, the wood texture on both the table and the box upper right corner looks stretched and I think one's eye is drawn to this. Again this is really nice and I hope you work on it a bit more. I do all the time and always happier with the end results. A year from now you forget about the extra effort as you look at one of your creations that you are really proud of and others admire.

Hi Don. I already darkened the sail textures for this. Also remodelled the box as discussed on the Facebook page :D The table wood is as it's meant to be.

A very nice render of a little Dutch jacht (the ancestor of the English yacht, popularized by king Charles II). The only thing missing are the side mounted vanes - movable keels.
