Description
Captured back on 10/20/08, on the grounds of the race track at beautiful Santa Anita Park, in beautiful Arcadia, California, and, despite the smog that day, with the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains in the background.
A lovely cherry red, but I seriously doubt they had tires/tyres and rims like that back in 1932.
And the chap shown at the extreme left holding that long rod in fotos 2 and 3 wasn't fishing or trimming branches. He was the sound man holding a microphone boom for television coverage of the event.
