Description

A beautiful Blacktip Reef Shark, captured 5/26/11, shown skimming but mere inches above the surface of the famous Shark Lagoon, at the beautiful Aquarium of the Pacific in beautiful Long Beach, California. Several more from where this came from. This was shot through pane glass, partially obscured by the smeary, greasy, sticky finger and handprints of undisciplined urchins, so postwork was necessary in this case. Aquarium photography faces many challenges. Adieu.

He is a very pretty shark, with those black tips; still, I'll stay on this side of the glass thank you very much! Excellent capture, Harry!
