Description

According to myth, Hyacinth was a beautiful youth loved by the god Apollo. He and his lover were playing throw the disc to each other, when Apollo, to demonstrate his power and impress Jacinto, threw it with all his might. Jacinto, to impress Apollo in turn, tried to catch him, but was beaten by the disk and fell dead. More in: http://fineartamerica.com/featured/hyacinth-jacinto-joaquin-abella-ojeda.html

Nice work.... Understood that a god has a crush on him ... The end of the saga I've never liked ... But of course it confirms an old German proverb - Sport is murder ...

Beauty is everywhere and desire is rampant. The sport originally was designed to make it fast, strong and obedient soldiers. The force always has been imposed to reason, by force. Always be the victim is not good business. To violence, zero tolerance. Love is much more pleasant and free.

For this reason and other things, a god he fell in love. From the ugly there is nothing written that is romantic, because they happen to do bad in the movie.

The great love stories always end with the death of one of the two or with both. Remember Romeo and Juliet and a thousand more stories. It appears that the drama must always accompany the love, but it is a rotten lie. There happy lovers who spend their days enjoying all that will be of this world. Love is inevitable and woe to those who has never been loved.

Why do the pretty ones always get killed? Wonderful image,

Simply because if the victim is pretty, gives much more worthwhile. Look at the religious images. All are gorgeous and also victims of violence of other religions and atheism. That's what we saw as children, but the reality is just the opposite. Thanks for your comment.

Very nice adaptation of the Hyakintos myth. One should not ask: why must young people die so early. It is somewhat more like in Mozart's Magic Flute, he had Sarastro say when told that Tamino could even die by the examinations he had to undergo: Then he will enter the divine joys before we do.

Lying largest and oldest. If you die in the service of the powerful, whether God or country, after death you will live in a paradise filled with lust, delicacies, wines and joyful excesses. If they told that after death his body rotted away completely, it is possible that no one obeyed them.

Truly a beautiful image, one of the many myths where a beautiful boy was caught between the love of two gods (Apollo and Zephyr). I like your version better, a tragic accident is slightly better than death by jealousy.
