i dunno what it is about this image but it makes my heart fill up with sadness but also with fear. The surreal look is amazing, if a little cartoonish. if u touch it up a bit more it will most certainly move people the rays are good. one thing would be to make the vegetation more life like, as now it is 2d, adding a little depth and variation whilst keeping the trees the same as well as the background will make it more beautiful because the way i see it the darkness provokes a little fear of the unknown yet the rays offers a little security like angles are watching over. I hope someday i will be able to pull out such emotions from people like you. i will certainly look at your other work
