Thanks Mike. Your comment and title sent me back to the "books". While a "Model C" name can be found online, Ford called these a "Model TT" with a "C Cab". I had found one of these as a rusty wreak in Arizona and didn't know what to call it. Finally found an old Ford advertisement showing these heavy duty trucks in a number of versions...just as you said.
