This photo was taken at the place where I work... This Red-tail hawk was released into the wild after beign nursed back to health... Yes I was standing this close to it at the time the picture was taken...

Wow, do you work at a wild life preserve? These birds are amazing, I love to see them soar over the fields while they are hunting.
