Myth says that placing a flower in the upturned top hat after kissing the statue on the lips and rubbing its genital area will enhance fertility, bring a blissful sex life, or, in some versions, a husband within the year." Without going into graphic detail, there are videos on the interwebs of gals doing FAR worse to it! I'd use protection before going anywhere near that thing!!!!!

Cool shot. When I was in London we saw Henry the 8th armor. It had a HUGE place for his naughty bits. A bit of a bragert, I would say.
