That's a truly impressive banana plant! The combination isn't often seen, yet! It will be everywhere next year after this post! I've just been chopping the leaves off mine. I've dug it up and potted it in a huge pot to bring it under cover for winter. I've tried wrapping them up and leaving them in the ground. It has never worked for me!

There's something about green and gray and white that pleases me SO much! Especially in the rain. There's an abundance of it in Western Washington, so maybe it's a "comfort" look ... something I've seen all my life. Beautiful!

Great shot, the rain adds that movement in the piece which adds to the overall composition to great effect with the lighting being key too.
