Description

Hey babes i am still alive,i had a bad day yesterday, and by cheer luck the Ebola-Tzar came by with his cyclone starship to save my sorry ass.(lol). No joke,i woke at 03:00 for my nocturnal pee,and when i tried to stand up i saw the bedroom in a kind of trapezoidal shape,as well as the corridor that leads to the bathroom, that one was completely distorted,i fell back on the bed, lucky not to drop on the night table with my stupid head.then i was crawling towards the bathroom as i was unable to walk,i thought to myself that it was a stroke that got me,but when i saw my face in the mirror, white as a bedsheet and stupid as ever (lol),no hangin lip or such crap i was kind of relieved, and i felt it was no need to call an ambulance .I still was unable to walk and crawled back into my bedroom,i did not wanted to wake Ute as she was scheduled to take the bus at 06:00,so i laid down and i prayed, people i really prayed for my tiny little life, fell asleep, and woke Ute later on at 05:30.she fired instantly up her pc and looked for stroke symptoms and made me do some movements and grimaces, everything worked well, and we called our house medic.he came later in the day and his diagnose was a Gastroenteritis,as i had of course vomits and flying sh**s(lol).the problem was that my tension was very low i had kind of hypoperfusion low blood flood to the brain.i had a couple of bouillons with salt and ate some salty sticks which i happen to have at home when guests arrive. All in all i was lucky i guess, but i had the cold sweats and i was frightened to death.this morning all was well,a bit diarrhoe and a couple of vomits, and over the day i recovered even more, thats why i was able to do a quick render and keep my friends updated.thanks for all the well wishes and the greetings on Utes site for me.Its good not to feel alone.

I'm with Vitachick. Ute should hit you in the head with a frying pan for not waking her up. Sure it turned out to be relatively minor, but if it had been a stroke, Ute would have gotten up on time to find you a vegetable or dead! I think I would prefer loosing a little sleep to that. I want to hug you because you are okay and, at the same time, shake you till your teeth rattle. Praying is all well and good, but remember - God helps those who help themselves. You can talk to God AND dial the doctor at the same time. I'm ranting because you scared the crap out of me. I'll quit and go breathe into a paper bag for a while. MEN!!

You have to look after yourself, you know - there's no guarantee that what we like to believe will actually turn out to be true; though of course if we're right then everything will be perfect, and if we're wrong we'll never know! Take care; there's only one of you. And that's a great futuristic motor!

I keep you in my prayers! These kinds of little attacks scare the heck out of us twenty plussers, (wink wink), so I know what you have been feeling, worrys wise! I am glad you didn't have a stroke. Those things really raise hell with this shell we inhabit. Take good care of yourself, Doc! Glad the Ebola-Tzar came by with his cyclone starship to saved your very creative ass! Keep up the great work, Doc! I want to keep viewing your genius for a long long time into the future!

Hey, buddy, sooooo relieved to hear you're doing better - but yeah, you should have wakened Ute... Hope all is still going well with you, brother - us old farts have gotta take care of ourselves (and each other). Jo and I both had something similar a couple years ago, but without the weird visual effects. I did call the on-call doctor, and he seemed to think it was a bit of food poisoning since we both had the same symptoms and had eaten the same thing the day before (it was Christmas at the brother-in-law's LOL). This is a super work, Rene - I think that break you took when you two moved did you good. Your work seems better than ever! Keep on truckin' my friend! You rock!

Blimey Doc, your going through it at the moment then! Did any of the Spakoverse come and visit your brain whilst you were on the "trip?" That might have been scary I guess if Joey P appeared before you - might have made more of the brown stuff flow :() PS glad you are improving!
