I certainly understand the smoking. I tried the E-cig thing but it just isn't the same. Now, what I find that helps a lot with the breathing when my lungs ache a bit, and certainly check with your doctor first, but it is what mine recommended years ago and works well for me. The steam room at the gym keeps my lungs healthy and I always have so much energy afterwards, I ping off the walls for hours after a steam session. Of course I also do laps in the pool, lol, I passed that magical age point where running was fun. No idea why steaming has such a revitalizing effect, but it sure does. (but always check with your doc before starting any new fitness routine)

lovely colours and scene, it reminds me for some reason of the Magic Roundabout which was a classic when I was young, kids would love this I think

Excellent scene. :-) I used patches to cure the craving for cigarettes but they didn't take away the desire to smoke. That's where the e-cig helped enormously. I was able to fool myself into thinking that I was still smoking - it took a little effort but was possible and worth it in the end. Three years on, I still use the e-cig and one of those new-fangled vaporisers and, though I still want to smoke, I can still keep off the tobacco. It worked for me but may not work for everyone. It takes a little experimentation to find out what suits your quitting requirements the best. Best of luck, though. :-)
