Description
While perusing my ancient files, I encountered this goodie harking back to my salad days of Bryce/Poser art work, i.e., the years 2002 through 2006, when I was much more daring, inventive, imaginative, indulgent and fun loving than I am now. On reflection, I did very nice work back then.
To lighten things up a bit, this one is more amusing than those previously posted within the last week in re the same genre.
I adopted the title, "Is Everybody Happy" as a takeoff from the legendary Ted Lewis (June 6, 1890 - August 25, 1971), who was an American entertainer, bandleader, singer, and musician. He led a band presenting a combination of jazz, hokey comedy, and schmaltzy sentimentality that was a hit with the American public. He was known by the moniker "Mr. Entertainment" or Ted "Is Everybody Happy?" Lewis.

Tonight, I'm happy! Tomorrow is Friday, and I will be happier. Interesting and timely creation. I'm sure tomorrow evening, their will be a lot of children who will be nearly out of their own skin after they have sampled their take of candy.

After seeing your many bryce and poser pieces, this one is delightfully different: Because it's kind of an "exotic creatures of the night, on display" piece---where they're all lined up to greet us for the holiday. What a collection---a skeleton with Spectator shoes! (Those beautiful two-toned shoes from the 30s---Gatsby type of shoes.) The crazy heads in the second row up from the bottom, mixed with an eye, and ghosts coming out of the pumpkins. The bats, the witch in the background; and an eye in the pavement---to fool people. I don't know what's back there, but it looks like a lodge that went out of business years back! (Maybe like the Overlook, in Kubrick's "The Shining"). And a deep purple-hued sky. Lots of fun in your halloween pieces, with this one being a 'group photo'. Good lighting on the skeleton too. (He's what---Fred Astaire??? With the top hat and cane? That would explain the spectator shoes!) I love these pieces, they play with everything with real panache. A 30's dance musical, with creatures of the night for the cast.
