Description
here is some costumes on display at the civil center here in Lake Charles. these cost a lot of money to make. I know one man went and made a loan on some land he owns to get a costume made for Mardi Gras in Lafayette and he never paid it back so the bank took his land. He was not a rich man but he did inherited land from his fore fathers. I think it was sad but that is what he wanted. Many of these cost over $10,000 easy.
