Quite powerful, full size (zoomed). (I zoom everything.) It feels a bit like some of the drawings of the old New Yorker Magazine (ie, their Cover drawings from the 20s and 30s). Also like fashion illustration from those years...The woman's lines---her hair and neck---are extended and sweeping, in the style of that time; giving us the feeling of a person swept across space. Her gaze is inward, but somewhat disturbed---perhaps she'd rather not be disturbed by us. And your use of red for one lip, and green for that big eyelid, is most expressive. You use sudden bright hues very effectively in your largely black and white works. Her head thrusts into the frame, and it's brought to an end---on the bottom---with a beautiful simple curved line. And, to me, the gray background is a kind of modern, 20s halo. Very well done, simple and very expressive, and with real power.
