Response to Skylar and Reed's job listing has been overwhelming. They have several hundred applicants. 'We can't start to interview that many candidates!' says Skylar. 'Well, lets hire a job recruitment firm to trim down the list to a more manageable size. Then they can send us the top 20 or so candidates. That is about all I would ever want to deal with anyway,' says Reed. 'That sounds like an excellent idea,' says Skylar. 'Lets get right on it!' After a week, the recruitment firm sends the guys their top 20 list of candidates. 'We have scheduled the first 5 on the list. I think 5 a day should be about right. The first day, you can be the secretary and I'll be the boss. We can alternate over the course of the four days so we don't get too burned out with it,' say Reed. 'I like that idea!' says Skylar.
