No offense but usually the seperating facto between planets and moons are planets have some kind of atmosphere. There exceptions like Io to name right off the bat. This should go along the line of needs more color. Not bad though. Oh yeah another thing....you normally can't see the effects of mountains & valleys from a few thousand miles away either. Basically the farther moon could be more 'round' at the edges.
