Beautiful!! I often have my subjects looking "off ".... It keeps the image less posed, and more candid, if that is what you are going for here. It also makes the viewer use their own imagination. :) If this were a portrait, then maybe a more focused look, but even then, it all depends on what you aim for as your final goal. :) You are doing VERY well and improving all the time. Keep up the fantastic work!! The lighting, colors, and its direction, are all perfect for this scene.
