The dark green is moss so not a fungus but the lighter blotches look like Lichen which is, according to Wikipedia, a composite organism that emerges from algae or cyanobacteria (or both) living among filaments of a fungus in a mutually beneficial (symbiotic) relationship. If memory serves me correctly, this is a very slow growing organism and is one of the oldest living things on the planet and occur from sea level to high alpine elevations. They are very sensitive to environmental disturbances and can be used as a guide for assessing air pollution and metal contamination. They can grow on (and in) solid rock or longer-lived plants but are not parasites on their hosts, they only use them as a substrate to grow on or in. There is quite a lot more on Wikipedia if you are interested. :-)

The light green and white growth always called it Lichen, the other I always call moss, don't know if this help or you not, but great rock formation and the addition of the Lichen and moss makes it pretty, outstanding capture!
