A wonderful capture of a heartbreaking memorial. It shows what happens when the greedy and the insane are in charge. My grandfather fought in France in 1917-1918. My father fought in the Pacific, 1944-1945. He told me all I need to know about war, "Some wars are necessary but there is no such thing as a good war." Let us pray we never fight unless it is absolutely necessary.

NEVER forgotten Jeff. I lost my high school best friend in Vietnam (May 29, 1966 - also a Jeff) and still think about him every single day. It took me over 40 years before I called somebody else "my best friend".
