Description
So, I decided to finally attempt something I've been wanting to do for years-drow. (Creds for that goes to Mavrosh. ;) ) I am going to work this as a lighter skinned (rather than obsidian) version with a bluish base tint.
The brows are much with the suckage; so much work to do there.
The eyes are fairly nice- will work on the textures more later. (main concern at the moment is skin texture.)
The skin...well. There are issues.
1-for whatever reason the arms are a different tone than the torso/head. Even as I worked all three maps (head, torso, limbs) at the same time with the same technique, settings and treatments, they still came out lighter than the rest.
2-the bump maps between the head/face are off. I can see the seam, and that ticks me off.
3-the displacment maps didn't even bring up the veins, so those will have to be tweaked.
4-the brows..........ugh.
I rather like the overall color and textures of this project so far, though.
I made the base diffuse, bump and displacement in Photoshop with a base texture source.
The spec is procedural and part of the EZSkin Python script for Poser.
First step. I'll post the progress as it's made.

I hear U.. Purchased a product Sarah Tate and had the same problem with the body being one texture.....I'm sure you will correct the flaws....I could not not having enough experience
