Description
He said that his outfit effectively distracted and confused the opposing teams. During 'time-out' periods he would flip a switch that turned his outfit into a brilliant array of blinking colored lights. He would then skate out onto the ice and do some silly amusing things that the fans looked forward to and totally enjoyed!
