Description

My grandson died prior to being born on March 28th, he was born sleeping, full term, my daughter died almost 6 months later, she fell asleep and never woke up on Sept 5th 2014. I have lost so much this year, they will forever be in my heart, I miss them so much, I love them so much, I feel so completely broken, but I carry on for my boys and my husband...

Absolutely stunning tribute to a most beautiful mom and her baby. Your angels will always look down on you my darling. Remember what I said about them talking about you......Katie pointing you out to Sebastian...telling him what a great Nanna you are. She's always with you hun. Lots of love x
