Description

Hi dear friends, During a walk we chatted with a lady who worked in her garden, and she invited us for a garden view. This was a brilliant garden, she had a lot of artistic elements in it. My eye fell f.e. on this head, and I told her, this for sure is called: "splitting image", which she confirmed; and said, these are the two halves of me, one made by my father, the other by my mother. Well, this is the story behind my image. But, now I see it again, I ask myself, about which she is thinking? Any idea's ? Thank you very much for your view.

She looks so sad somehow and is wondering, how long it will take, for her husband to find the glue and to stick her together again, just like the Humpty -Dumpty rhyme - remember ? Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. All the King's horses, And all the King's men Couldn't put Humpty together again! How nice of that Lady to invite you in, Jacominchen to view her garden ;)) take care, my friend BB

Wow what a find Mies and touching story. I also see the sadness in her eyes, perhaps bearing the horrible headache has something to do with this. Thanks for sharing this awesome sculpture.

She is deeply invovled with a private meditation, and her smile is enigmatic. Perhaps she guards a secret. Excellent photo!!!!!
