Description
A revised version of the imperial brothers from 'Mentats of Dune' (2014), the most recent
book in this long series of science fiction books, now being written by two authors, the
son of the original author and the son's good friend and gifted collaborator. They have
really fleshed out this story line with all the details contained in the many books they
have writen together!
In my previous version of these brothers, I inadvertently misrepresented their relationship.
I didn't mean to make them look like enemies as they seem to appear in the previous image.
They love each other as brothers. The Emperor trusts his younger and smarter brother to give
him counsel in affairs of state. Prince Roderick has absolutely no desire to be emperor but
does his best to keep his older brother out of trouble, but doesn't always succeed, when his
brother makes foolish decisions without the counsel of Roderick.
The brothers, I believe, are both blond haired, with Emperor Salvador starting to bald a bit.
The more handsome and dynamic of the two is definately Roderick. Many people in the empire
secretly wish he were the Emperor rather than is inept older brother. I hope these two look
more friendly to each other in this scene. It was my intention.

That's better Radders, they do seem to be more "friendly" in this one. Sometimes siblings fall out in the greatest of ways though .......especially when power is involved.
