I wanted to make a thanksgiving themed render last year, but ended up getting bogged down by overly complex scenes. So I tried a slightly more simplistic approach this year and still got bogged down. After fighting props and lighting for about three days, I came up with this result; which is pretty close to my original vision. The vague story behind the render is an art college student surprises her sister on Thanksgiving. The sister, who is a bit prudish, wasn't expecting her and is now horrified by the potential clash between her sister and her prudish friends invited to dinner. Again, I hope the image conveys some fraction of that to the viewer. Thanks for looking and Happy Thanksgiving!
