Sheer pink perfection, Harry; the coating of tiny diamonds of moisture makes them even more almost impossibly perfect. Masterful capture on your part!!

Without zoom, this is a sweet shot; but with zoom, it opens up into many rich textures. The moisture here is beautiful, you really do capture droplets in all their gentle glory. A "coating of tiny diamonds," as Denise says. And the deep shadows in the petals are gentle and beautiful. As is the lineup---the way the two flowers seem in sync, as they lean over to the left; and how the leaves behind make a rich backdrop. A beautiful duo---and I thought I'd commented on this! Well I did a few flowers today, which is good, because I think I neglected them in my last few sessions here. Beautiful, and with shadows that feel introspective and protective. You do roses beautifully, Harry. You commune with them intimately and knowingly, every post. I've been here 45 minutes, and unfortunately I have to leave now. I may do an upload (if I have time), but though I wanted to do more images of yours, I'll have to stop for now. But I'll be back soon. When I return to your flowers, I'm reminded that, with all your variety, you still have this deep personal relationship with the flower; and you never fail to bring it out with sensitivity and beauty and depth...
