Description

As most of you know I do all of my work in DAZ 3D and have tried Poser a couple of times with absolute failure as I just cannot maneuver through the program. Well I purchased this great product from Dreamland Models and it came with a video on how to set it up in Poser. Followed track by track and I really like the results as it made it very easy to set up and render. BUT, I am determined to get this product to work in DAZ 3D as I am most comfortable working in their format. Congrats! to Dreamland Models for creating great products!!

I think you did a fabulous job on this one and being a recent convert to DAZ I am sure you will find a way to get all the bugs worked out. I stuck with Poser from 1-9 and left tried DAZ out on the advice of my friend Rene, and haven't looked back since.

I can understand what you are saying. I only work in Poser and can't seem to get around in DAZ studio. I think you did a great job with the model in Poser.

I can't stand the goofy archaic poser light sphere. Half the times I'm spinning the darned thing not knowing where my light is and never know what it's actually pointing at. The materials room is far above DAZ though. Image looks great with Poser, I'll say.

Ute and me too daz only (me sometimes backgrounds in bryce),anyway the first time i stumbled over a 3d program * was poser but i was unable to understand it or to like the interface.one sunday back in 2008 i thought to myself that it was impossible that i was the only dumbazz so i went surfing stumbled over bryce 5.5 it was free and i got it,by that time i thought that daz was only a plugin of bryce lol,a few days later i started to get the grip,it was daz 1.7 if i recall right and since then i am premium/platinum member on daz3d got me every upgrade there was and build up a runtime of +-500 gigs lol.thats our world brother. until then i was only manipulating photos and ute said to me that she was getting tired of only seeing my stupid head in artworks and so on,i was p**ed off at first but then i started to look around and the story from above started.

This is wonderful! I think you should continue plugging away with Poser. Spend some time with the free tutorials here at Renderosity. You're on your way, even though it's not easy. ;) I'm hopeless with Daz Studio, so I do know where you're coming from. ;) Thanks for stopping by and commenting. :)

That came out really good. I've never used poser, and very limited time in DAZ. That water looks superb.

I have to agree Poser is a powerful program but I have the same problem with the interface it has been in need of an update forever. There are a few python scripts that help with using it but it still is a very dated looking interface.
