Yeah this one is a bit more compatible with trying to interpret the overall form but still leaves a little something out of the minds eye... I've always found it helpful when I work on my own vessel designs to do a 4-view layout similar to architectural layouts before I start rendering in scenes ... I'm sure the failing is in my own mind and not at all in your renders. As I mentioned before the modelling is quite good and the texture work is also very well done.
