I love the detail on the horse's saddle etc. The expression on the arrogant noble's face is priceless. Time for the peasants to revolt methinks!

The horse has more to wear than the poor knave. I've actually looked at this one for several days trying to figure out what's missing. I think it's a story that is missing, the scene has that air about that says 'here at this point starts a story'. And without it, the scene leaves you empty, unsure of what is next, or has happened.
