Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

I'm way behind in your gallery, but let me make an appearance for one right now, just to tell you I SEE everything and love it all (as you know)...Your drawing in these portraits is the thing, but you also have a way with pairing, and this is a wonderful pairing of two surprised even delighted faces (well, the right side lady is more stunned than surprised, but there's something like delight there), and they really are a pair, one close-eyed, the other open. (She's wayyy open.) As always, your ability to capture a whole human expression in a ganglia of quick lines is terrific---it really is a kind of croquis, even though you did more shading than those quick croquis classes often allow, but it has the free and "get it all in a single vision" feeling to it. The big eyed lady is terrific, and she could be in our Congress---which, you may find hard to believe, is worse than your parliament---your shading is spot-on, and you got the cheeks and chin and even earrings, spot on caricature...And the lady with the closed eyes is right in the middle of a sentence, when she closed her eyes---you got her like a snapshot, a candid. Got the body of the hair too, the 'mass' of it---I mean, that's what it's about, a few lines and we feel this 'mass' of hair. I even love the quick shadow behind her! These are a delight, Helle, I know they're fast, but I also know they have study in them, with enough detail and attention to draw a 'whole person'. I'll be back for more of them, I promise, but you know I've seen them all, and they've made a wonderful series which I hope goes on for a long time. Wonderful work.

Oh, I know that woman with the eyes! LOL! She grew up with money, dresses well, goes to all the "right" functions, watches her weight carefully, and doesn't mingle with "the help." Well ... at least that's who she would be in this country! I bet it's the same there. :P These are great!
