The Dalek Empire series from Big Finish is Nick Briggs' epic tale of Dalek war and conquest spanning over four series and two thousand years. This scene is taken from the end of the second series and the start of the third. The Daleks, having been totally exterminated some how came back from the dead. As they do- and once more they threaten the peace of the galaxy. The lines spoken here were apparently taken from a 1970s Dalek comic strip.
